Recent years have shown a very successful and promising collaboration of ERCIS and Arvato CRM Solutions, specifically w.r.t. the ERCIS Omni-Channel-Lab powered by Arvato as well as the ERCIS Advisory Board. Therefore, we are delighted to welcome Karsten Kraume and Arvato CRM Solutions as a collaborating partner of the CC which will strenghen our collaboration and enlarge the focus beyond CRM topics, e.g. IT-security as well as socio-economic aspects.
