The third edition of the Multidiciplinary International Symposium on Disinformation in Open Online Media (MISDOOM) will take place at the Oxford Internet Institute (OII), UK on September 21-22, 2021.

MISDOOM was launched in 2019 in Hamburg, GER, where it obviously started a success story that continued in Leiden, NL in 2020 and is now in its third edition.

The symposium “traditionally” brings together researchers from multiple domains, e.g., computer science, social sciences, law, governance, and journalism. It is a forum for publication and discussion on many topics, which are also addressed by this topical program.
